SHIPPING & RETURN
Currently, we only offer THREE courier services, POSLAJU for DOMESTIC USERS and DHL/FEDex for FOREIGN USERS. The shipping charges depend on the SUM of WEIGHT of the TOTAL ITEMS you buy. The shipping cost will be email to you when the item is confirmed.
Your orders will then be processed DAILY during BUSINESS DAYS, from MONDAY to FRIDAY. The daily cut-off time for order processing will be at 3pm ( Malaysia Time). Orders that are placed on WEEKENDS or MALAYSIA
PUBLIC HOLIDAYS will be then processed on the following BUSINESS DAY. Orders are usually delivered within 1-2 business days once the payment is CONFIRMED.
When the payment transaction is SUCCESSFUL , we will EMAIL you an ORDER CONFIRMATION and a SHIPPING DETAIL which includes TRACKING NUMBER once it is CONFIRMED . Any DELAY of the SHIPMENT or UNAVAILABILITY of PURCHASED ITEMS will be notified through EMAIL .
1. POSLAJU (For Domestic Users Only: Only Applicable in Malaysia)
Normally, it will take approximately 1-3 working days for the shipment to reach its destination. In certain circumstances, it MAY take up LONGER time for delivery.
2. DHL/FEDex (For Foreign Users Only: Only Applicable outside Malaysia)
Normally, it will take approximately 7 days for the shipment to reach its destination. In certain circumstances, it MAY take up 3-4 weeks or LONGER for delivery due to DIFFERENT COUNTRY DECLARATION of CUSTOMS.
Any IMPORT DUTIES and TAXES are to be borne by CUSTOMERS themselves, according to their own country POLICIES. Any additional charges for CUSTOM’S CLEARANCE will also be paid by customers. We will not be responsible for these CHARGES. Customs policies may VARY from country to country and change from time to time.We strongly recommend you contact your local customs for further information. All cross-border shipments are subject to scrutiny by customs authorities. Please be AWARE of any laws in your country regarding the legality of the items that you buy. HOBBYMART will not be RESPONSIBLE for CUSTOM SEIZURES if the items are being considered ILLEGAL in your country. Please be AWARE of what items CAN and CAN’T be imported into your country due to different policies.
IMPORTANT NOTES: Please note that HOBBYMART reserves the right to make any adjustments on the shipping cost under certain circumstances. However, the changes of shipping cost will be informed IN ADVANCED. If the product is RETURNED due to faulty AIRMAIL ADDRESS provided by the customer, we will RE-CONFIRM the address again with the customers. If we find that the address is being provided wrongly by customers, then the ADDITIONAL CHARGE on reshipment cost will be borne by the customer.
